Return & Exchange RMA Policy:

Please contact our Customer Support Team BEFORE sending back a shipment to us via our Return Merchandise Authorization process (RMA). This will allow us to confirm that we have the inventory in stock and can be better prepared for the arrival of your shipment with faster processing. The RMA process will work the same if you are the recipient of a gift from Lanskin.com.

Return and Exchange Policy:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date. All original packaging must be included. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.

Exchanges:

  • You can return unworn, unused items within 30 days of ship date for an exchange. All original packaging must be included.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.
  • Please allow 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you. For faster processing, please follow the requested RMA guidelines.
  • Returns:

  • You can also return unworn, unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. All original packaging must be included. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax, to the credit card on the original order. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.   • Mail Undeliverable as Addressed Policy:

    This section describes reasons for nondelivery of mail, address adjustments (e.g., renumbering of streets), and how undeliverable-as-addressed mail is handled.

    Mail can be undeliverable for these reasons:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address.
  • Addressee not at address (unknown or moved).
  • Mail unclaimed.
  • Mail refused by the addressee at time of delivery.
  • Mail refused by the addressee after delivery when permitted.
  • Minimum criteria for mailability not met.
  • Mail can also be undeliverable because of USPS adjustments such as the following:

  • Renumbering of houses.
  • Renaming of streets.
  • Conversion from rural-style addresses (rural route and box number or highway contract route and box number) to city-style addresses (house number and street name).
  • Realignment of rural or highway contract routes.
  • Conversion from rural or highway contract service to city delivery service.
  • Consolidation of routes.
  • Consolidation of post offices or adjustment of delivery districts.
  • Mail Undeliverable as Addressed Fees:

  • Once the correct address is determined the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, including duty and tax if applicable and re-packaging fees that may be equal or greater than the original shipping cost.
